🚀The role of Pre-Sales Engineer: Elevate tech solutions, craft client’s success!   

You'll bridge the gap between our technical solutions and potential clients. Your deep technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills will help you understand client needs, deliver engaging product demonstrations, and provide expert insights.

You'll collaborate closely with our sales and product teams to build client relationships and drive the growth of our device management solutions.

The responsibilities: your aces in the hole!  

  • ⚙️  Be a key player in elevating our device management solutions. 
  • 🙏 Collaborate with the sales team to tailor technical solutions, conduct compelling product demos, and create customized proposals. 
  • 🔦 Provide expert guidance on implementation, integration, and stay updated on industry trends.
  • 💡Become an evangelist for our brand in the field of device management. Through your experience in the product you will help in the creation of content and materials such as technical blog-posts, webinars, product demos and trainings.
  • 🚧 Contribute to product improvement, craft technical marketing collateral (whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs), and establish thought leadership. 
  • 💪 Build strong client and partner relationships, ensuring their technical needs are surpassed throughout the sales cycle. 

Ideal Candidate - Join Our Team!  

  • 📍 Ideally located in Madrid or with the ability to attend headquarters as needed. (on a regular basis)
  • 📚 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 💻 Technical exposure: as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role in the technology sector.
  • 🌟 Strong technical background with expertise in macOS and iOS platforms, device management, and related technologies. 
  • 🧠 Proven experience in creating technical documentation and presentations: for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • 💬 Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
  • ✔️ Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset. 
  • 🤔 Curiosity matters: contribute to business growth with your sales inputs.
  • 🗣️ Bilingual: fluent both in Spanish and English (C1).
  • 🤝 Team player: who excels in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • ✈️ Willingness to travel: for client meetings, conferences, and events as required.
