Your Role 🛠️:
- Collaborate with sales to pinpoint client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Effectively present value propositions and use cases to clients.
- Lead customer digital transformation projects from start to finish.
- Work with Marketing, Product, and Technical teams to develop client-centric strategies.
- Advocate for customer business needs in product development.
- Enhance customer experience during the pre-sales process by continually refining processes and materials.
- Customize 1:1 onsite and remote demos to exceed client expectations during pre-sales negotiations.
- Partner with internal technical teams to train and empower customers to utilize Indigitall's platform effectively.
- Build strong relationships with all levels of the customer organization, from senior managers to end users, to understand their business and technical goals.
- Drive early adoption, setting KPIs and success metrics for ROI.
- Coordinate with the development team to ensure custom solutions meet client expectations.
- Document client stakeholder roles within an account to ensure a smooth transition to the Account Executive Manager team before onboarding.
Who You Are 😎:
- 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales or digital transformation roles.
- Strong English communication skills (B1 level or higher).
- Skilled in client presentations and articulating value propositions.
- Technically proficient, with an engineering background.
- Quick to adapt and learn new technologies.
- Experience with Accenture, one of the Big Four, or other consulting firms is a plus.
