Your Mission 馃幆
- Drive sales high-spec lighting in EMEA and Middle East markets, expanding our client base by targeting new engineering firms, owners, and installers.
- Design and present compelling technical and commercial proposals, and conduct proactive sales visits to build and strengthen client relationships.
- Analyze client needs to offer impactful solutions, negotiate terms to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on demand generation and create irresistible sales materials, while capturing new clients and helping to shape our sales strategy.
- Prepare and manage annual travel plans and budgets, provide stellar customer service, resolve issues, and consistently update the CRM while tracking key performance indicators.
Required Skills 馃殌
- A degree in Engineering or a similar field, coupled with 5-10 years of experience in international sales, showcasing your ability to manage and grow client portfolios.
- High proficiency in English (C1 or C2 level) and readiness to travel internationally are essential, along with a proactive and dynamic approach to communication and negotiation.
- You should be goal-oriented, CRM savvy, and possess a driving license type B.

- Additional training in sales and marketing, a Master鈥檚 in Foreign Trade, and specific knowledge of ATEX environments and the lighting sector will set you apart.
- A passion for IIoT technologies and Industry 4.0 will also be highly valued.
- Proficiency in other languages such as German, Italian or Arabic will be highly valued for impacting the Middle East and EMEA market.
