馃搵 What will you do day-to-day?
- 馃幆 Close contracts: Convert leads qualified by the Inside Sales team into happy, satisfied clients.
- 馃 Manage meetings and site visits: Conduct calls and commercial visits to identify client needs and present our flexible workspace solutions.
- 馃搱 Negotiation and value proposition: Prepare tailored commercial proposals and handle negotiations until a successful close.
- 馃敆 Build client relationships: Create strong connections, ensuring trust and loyalty from the very first interaction.
- 馃搳 Reporting and CRM: Keep the pipeline updated in the CRM (Pipedrive), reporting results and sales forecasts.
- 馃捈 Internal collaboration: Work closely with the Inside Sales and Flex teams to maximize opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experience.
馃З What are we looking for?
- 2+ years of experience in SALES, B2B sales, or closing commercial contracts.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a strong focus on results and meeting targets.
- Outstanding communication skills and empathy to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Experience using CRM tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Proactive, solution-driven mindset: You don鈥檛 wait; you take action.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (essential), Spanish is needed in a conversational level
- Excitement to work in a dynamic, high-performance environment where every deal matters.
