🎯 The Challenge: Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Are you passionate about Customer Success in SaaS? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love building strong customer relationships? Then keep reading.

We are looking for a CSM to join our team and own the customer journey. Your mission? Ensure smooth onboarding, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to provide a proactive and consultative customer experience.

🔥 What You’ll Do

Onboarding & Adoption: Guide customers through a seamless onboarding process to maximize value from day one.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders.
Customer Health Monitoring: Analyze usage data to spot risks and expansion opportunities.
Technical Consultation: Understand customer challenges and offer best practices, configurations, and integrations (MDM experience is a plus).
Renewals & Expansion: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and work with Sales to drive growth.
Customer Advocacy & Feedback: Be the customer’s voice inside Applivery, sharing insights to enhance our platform.
Training & Enablement: Run training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower customers.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

🔹 A winning attitude: We need energy and a growth mindset. If you have 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support in a SaaS environment, we want to hear from you.
🔹 Industry knowledge: Experience with MDM solutions or IT tools? That’s a plus!
🔹 Analytical mindset: Ability to read customer data and take proactive actions.
🔹 Problem-solving skills: Critical thinking and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
🔹 Communication & trust-building: The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users without losing them.
🔹 Languages: Fluent in Spanish & English.
🔹 Location: Madrid, hybrid work model.
