🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute Indigitall’s global partnership strategy, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector, as well as banking, retail, and e-commerce.
  • Identify, close, and scale relationships with technology partners, strategic consultancies, and commercial allies.
  • Represent Indigitall with external stakeholders, leading the development of the indirect channel with a strong business vision.
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment across joint initiatives.
  • Build shared value propositions, co-selling models, activation plans, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Measure partnership impact through clear KPIs: revenue generation, market expansion, sector penetration, and more.

Ideal Profile

  • 5+ years leading partnership or channel programs, ideally in SaaS or tech platforms.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare,, retail and e-commerce with an active network of contacts in the US.
  • Prior experience working with US-based companies or clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills — especially with C-level executives.
  • Advanced English (C1+ level) — essential for global partnership management.
  • Proactive, autonomous, analytical profile with a strong strategic mindset.
  • Based in Bogotá or available to travel as needed.
