Our team, deeply committed to understanding each client's unique financial journey, provides unwavering support throughout the entire mortgage process for a seamless experience.


Right now, we're expanding and on the hunt for independent Mortgage Advisors. If you're a finance genius, comfortable working remotely, and based in any of this desired locations:

  • Costa del Sol (from the province of Cadiz to Granada)
  • Cataluña (Barcelona, Gerona, Lérida, Tarragona)
  • Costa Blanca Sur (Alicante, between Denia and Pilar de la Horadada)
  • Madrid
  • Mallorca
  • Portugal (Algarve and Lisboa: (Dutch speakers in high demand)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze clients' financial situations and scout for the best-suited mortgage solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with various banks to offer a broad spectrum of options to clients.
  • Guide clients every step of the way in the mortgage application process to boost approval odds.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with local real estate agencies and bank branches, focusing on non-residents
  • Track and report sales and performance metrics diligently.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, products, and practices, ensuring the most relevant advice and solutions are provided.
  • Participate in Mortgage Direct’s professional development activities, like attending industry expos, training sessions, and working towards relevant certifications, to continually sharpen your mortgage advising skills.

  • You've got to be cool with working on your own and always have your eyes on the prize.
  • Building and keeping up good relationships with diverse stakeholders, from clients to those bigwig financial institutions, is key.
  • Stay sharp and in the know about what’s hot and happening in the industry.
  • Top-notch customer service is your jam, and you get the whole deal about each client's unique money needs.
  • Living in the area we serve is a significant advantage

Qualifications:

  • Having a Bachelor’s in Finance, Business Administration, or something similar is perfect. Additional points for possessing advanced financial management credentials.
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or hanging out in family office roles.
  • Proficiency in English is essential. Proficiency in Spanish is an added bonus.
  • Negotiation skills like a pro.
  • You should be pretty handy with the usual software, especially Google Suite, and CRM apps like Pipedrive and Salesforce.
