Hanbai is recruiting for a Sales Account Executive profile for a variable compensation management platform. This pioneering startup is revolutionizing commission management with its AI-based solution. After securing €2m in preseed funding, the ambition is to scale across Europe. The platform, integrating flawlessly with major tech ecosystems like Salesforce and Hubspot, not only refines compensation strategies but also empowers sales teams with instant insights.

Your role:

  • 🚀 Fuel business expansion through compelling product demos, winning new clients, and managing sales pipelines in CRM systems.
  • 🤝 Serve as a pivotal brand representative, establishing robust relationships with key clients.
  • 📈 Full cycle profile: main focus on the identification of new business opportunities; generating new prospects and closing deals, with the aim of exceeding revenue goals.
  • 💼 Develop strategies to attract new clients, aligning sales initiatives with our larger business objectives.

Who are you?

  • 🌟 Experience: demonstrable success with at least 3 years in sales, evidencing your impactful presence in the field.
  • 💥 Proactive profile: you are a 10 in prospecting and lead generation and, in addition, you close new business in a magical way.
  • 🎯 Commercial skills: strong business intuition, adept at problem-solving, and skilled in tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • 💬 Communication: proficient in Spanish and English, with a knack for persuasive and confident presentations.
  • 🐠 Dynamism: comfortable in fast-paced sales settings, you're a true team player at heart.
  • 🥳It will be an advantage to have: experience in SaaS sales of +10k ACV / experience with buyer persona VP Sales, CFO, COOs / experience in consultative sales and a certain technical component.
