💼 Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)



The BDR at Applivery isn’t just a lead qualifier; you are the engine of our revenue growth. You will sit at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, transforming inbound interest into a high-quality pipeline. From scrappy SMBs to complex Mid-Large Enterprises, you’ll be the first person our future customers meet, setting the tone for the entire Applivery experience.

You are the right candidate if you are scrappy finding data from unknown prospects, calling gatekeepers to reach decision makers and organising yourself to make plenty of calls per day.

Responsibilities:

  • Primary objective: Qualify accounts, uncover business challenges, evangelize Applivery’s unique differentiators, and secure meetings for the Sales Account Executive.
  • Pipeline creation: Consistently build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support monthly/quarterly opportunity creation targets.
  • Discovery excellence: Conduct high-quality initial conversations with multiple stakeholders (IT, Security, Operations, etc.) to identify pain points and potential fit.
  • High-Velocity Activity: You are obsessed with task organisation and time management. You’ll organize your day to maximize call volume without sacrificing the quality of the conversation.
  • Team Player: Collaborate tightly with the AE team to maximize account penetration and ensure pipeline flow.
  • Marketing Alignment: ensure feedback on lead quality based on data and qualitative feedback of inbound leads.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 6 months of BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments, ideally speaking with IT buyer personas.
  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree minimum.
  • Business acumen: Ability to understand business challenges and articulate Applivery value proposition clearly.
  • Cybersecurity Technical exposure is a plus (mobile, security, DevOps, or related fields).
  • Naturally curious and inquisitive, with a strong appetite for learning.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages are welcome.
  • Team player: Thrive in a high-energy, collaborative sales environment.
  • Strong communication & outreach skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient and goal-oriented, with the drive to exceed activity and pipeline targets.
